Any form of exertion is good as it will release chemicals known as endorphins which will make you feel more positive.<\/p>\n<p>Recent studies show that when the body is under stress, it actually burns fewer calories (up to 100 calories less). This is why it is so important to ensure rest periods and recovery breaks for your body in between workouts.<\/p>\n<p>The type of exercise is unimportant, as long as it involves exertion.
