Days when you order pizza or eat too much cake at a birthday party. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <b>IMPORTANT thing to remember is: <\/b>Don\u2019t let one setback ruin your whole healthy living regime. The quicker you pick yourself up and get back on the wagon, the quicker you can rectify it. The longer you leave it, the harder it will be to start again. Good motivation for weight loss is if you have a goal you want to work towards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It may be dropping 5kg or 30kg by the time you reach a big birthday milestone or an event you want to be in shape for. You may even want to lose weight purely for your health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Whatever or whenever your goal date is, make a plan and stick to it. S goals that are <b>S<\/b>pecific, <b>M<\/b>easurable, <b>A<\/b>chievable,<b> R<\/b>ealistic and within a <b>T<\/b>imeframe. Be accountable<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">At each and every step, write down what you want to achieve at the next step. It will keep you accountable. Make it public, share it with your support network, stick it on the fridge or the bathroom mirror. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When we say we will do something out loud, we\u2019re more likely to do it.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>8.
