For others, it takes three or more cups to keep going. It&#8217;s in Coca-Cola, and you may have a Jack Daniels and coke on the weekends &#8211; that&#8217;s another 30mg.<\/p>\n<p>If you rely on energy drinks to get you through the afternoon, that&#8217;s another 100mg to your daily total.
