Anything you know is a \u201ctrigger\u201d food &#8211;<\/strong> one you have an unhealthy and uncontrollable relationship with. Meaning once you start, you can\u2019t stop!<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Iced coffees \u2013<\/strong> or anything else masquerading as a \u2018blokey\u2019 health drink, while displaying the ingredient sugar as second in the list of ingredients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Products labelled fat-free &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Fat-free-labelled products (and often diet-labelled products too) are sure to be low in fat BUT <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthyman.com.au\/reduce-your-sugar-intake-in-6-days\/\">HIGH IN SUGAR<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
