Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a frypan over medium-high heat and add steak. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Can also be cooked on a preheated barbecue plate. Once the steak is cooked, remove it from heat and set it aside to rest.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the salad by draining the beetroots and chopping them in half.<\/li>\n<li>Place rocket on a serving bowl and top with beetroot crumbled feta and walnuts.
